SubHub has been kind enough to spend the time to screen and recommend the following tools.
Have you used any of these? if so, your feedback would be great. I use Google Alerts and Twitter Search and find these tools really useful.
- Addict-O-Matic - instantly create a custom page with the latest buzz on any topic
- Boardtracker - track the buzz on any keywords within popular forums.
- Google Alerts - daily or real-time alerts delivered via email for your chosen keywords.
- HowSociable? - measure your brand’s visability across the main social platforms.
- Social Mention - another multi-platform visability checker, including alerts.
- Twitter Search - Twitter’s only search is great for tracking real-time conversations.
- Wiki Alarm - monitors Wikipedia and notifies when pages are edited.
- Yahoo! Sideline - A desktop application that monitors Twitter in real-time for your brand/keywords
